Next Workshop: Saturday, September 23, 2018, 3:30-5pm
If you are like most people, the act of sitting takes up many hours during your typical day. But sitting can be difficult to maintain if your back or neck hurts, and your body generally tends to feels heavy and tired.
Whether you are standing, sitting or walking, you are dealing with an upright skeleton that has to balance itself in gravity. Doing so without internal support can lead to unnecessary exhaustion and pain. Why is that, and what can yo do to find new ease?
In this workshop we will address fundamental principles of balance, ease and alignment. Come and learn how to sit, stand and walk with less effort, more support, and more comfort.
Learn how 'having good posture' does not work, but 'being in good alignment' does.
