​The Technique is taught worldwide at universities, conservatories and theater companies, including the Juilliard School, the Yale School of Drama, ACT San Francisco, the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, the New England Conservatory of Music, and many more.

An Alexander Teacher will work with you first on overall self-expression and body/mind coordination, and then incorporate your instrument, text, tool or practice piece into lessons.
