Embark on a course of 6 or 12 weekly sessions with a program designed specifically for you. Your interests & goals will be at the heart of this journey.

​Cancellations Policy

As a curtesy to other clients looking to book coaching sessions, cancellations and Time/Date adjustments must be made through email or phone two business days before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise that session becomes a late cancellation and you will be responsible for payment as this time was provided only for you.


​​​Payments

Health Insurances usually do not yet carry the cost of Alexander work. Full payment is expected directly from you, prior or on the day of the coaching session.​


​​Office Arrival

Please note that there is no waiting room available at the moment. In case you are early, there are places like cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood where you can wait until it's time for your session. Please arrive in good time to fully benefit from it.
