I am passionate about helping to raise awareness of the power that lies in our ancient bodies for self-renewal and skillful movement. Unfortunately stress, neck tension, back pain and joint disorders have taken epidemic proportions in modern life and I believe a huge factor is the lack of proper body and posture education.
Its my goal to raise self-awareness
My programs are fun and educational, and offer deep transformative insight into how you can live in your body with more freedom and ease. With the right tools you can free yourself of excess tension and the feeling of helplessness that comes with not knowing what to do. It will allow you to work with new vigor, stamina, and lightness of being that supports you at your desk, yourself, your family and larger circle of influence through working in a physically sustainable way.

My experience of over 20 years of teaching and coaching shows that stretching or strengthening isolated, painful muscle groups through gym-style exercises cannot address the root cause of tension, because tension is foremost a whole-body behavior issue, and not a problem of fitness.
I am aware that we are culturally confronted by an outdated but persistent paradigm that tension can be relieved and posture improved by strengthening, fixing or holding the body in certain ways. But this doesn't work and will only increase overall discomfort. This is why this program features the missing education that you need to stop the seemingly inescapable cycle of muscular tension--getting distracted from work--emotional tension--more distraction--more physical tension, etc.
