Slumping and slouching, which can lead to physical discomfort, are very common among young people.<br />The idea of "sitting up straight" often causes more harm then good.<br />&nbsp;<br />The Alexander Technique is a proven method that teaches you to become aware of and transform unnecessary tension as it arises, and provides highly effective tools to respond in new and productive ways to the stresses of (school) life.<br /><span></span><br /><span></span>Gain self-awareness through observation in a friendly and non-competitive group setting.<br />During this workshop you will have the chance to share questions and experiences with your peers in an easy and light-hearted way.<br /></FONT>&nbsp;<br /><FONT color=#000000><STRONG>Learn and understand<br /></STRONG>1.
